Terms and Conditions of join Nyala program:
- Customers are required to join the Nyala OCBC service.
- The promo is valid only for new OCBC customers who open an account via OCBC Mobile using the promo code: “AYOSUPERHOST’’.
- Promo is valid for 1 CIF/month.
- Customers are required to enter the promo code that has been specified at the time of account opening.
- Customers who are eligible to get cashback are customers who use the promo code that has been determined at the time of opening an account and meet the applicable program scheme.
- Rewards in the form of cashback are obtained by maintaining the average savings balance until the end of the month according to the scheme during the program period.
- The calculation of eligibility is carried out the following month from the time of the placement of funds. For eligible customers, transaction cashback will be given no later than the 4th (four) month after the fulfillment of the scheme.
- Rewards are given of cashback or other with an equivalent nominal.
- Eligible for fresh fund only, must come from accounts outside OCBC, including funds deposited in cash.
- Promo cannot be combined with other acquisition promos.

Terms and Conditions Referral Program:

Eligible for fresh fund only, must come from accounts outside OCBC, including funds deposited in cash.
- The Referrer must have joined the Nyala service (not applicable for Nyala Bisnis).
- The Referral Program is only valid for new customers using the promo code: ''AYOSUPERHOST''
- Referrers will only receive the max reward. 15 referral recipient customers per year.
- The placement scheme only applies to referrals made digitally.
- Fulfillment of the terms and conditions of the program by the reference recipient, no later than the end of the following month from the month of formation of the CIF.
- Negligence in entering the promotional code causes the reward to not be credited and is not the responsibility of the Bank.
- The Customer MUST use one of 1 of the 2 channels, namely OCBC mobile or Internet Banking (The name and phone number entered by the Referee in Internet Banking are the same as those entered in the Bank's system when the Referee opens an account).
- The referee account must be active and not blocked for any reason when the payment of program rewards is made by the Bank.

- Log in to OCBC Mobile, on the home page (dashboard)
- Klik ikon “Rewards”, pada section “Get a
reward of up to xxx for each of your friends who join OCBC”
- Select the Refer a Friend menu
- Click "Invite My Friend" and share it with the referred relative through
the media of your choice
- Click Ok on the "Invitation has been sent" Notification
- Information to your relatives to enter the Referral Code received when opening an account
via OCBC Mobile

- Log in to online.ocbc.id
- Login to Internet Banking
- Click "Customer Service" and then "Refer a Friend"
- Enter the personal data of the relative / family you are referring to (input Name
and Mobile Number)
- Then click "Ok" to save the data

- Download the OCBC Mobile application, then click "Login"
- Select the option "Don't Have an OCBC Account Yet"
- Click "Open Nyala by OCBCC Service"
- Select the Ignition option and click "Apply"
- Click "Add Promo/Referral"
- Enter the Unique Referral Code in the Search for promo/referrals section and add x

- Click the code to use.
- If the code has been successfully installed, it will appear in the Referral/Promo section
used
- After that, fill in the data until the status of "Account Formed"
